Worked with giant organizations like Mahindra and Larsen and Toubro with 20+ years of experience in manufacturing and Information Technology. Having rich experience in SAP R/3, Business Intelligence since 1997, implemented SAP, BI at onsite for many organizations like Mahindra, ABB, JaiCorp, Trident, Chevron Texaco etc. My Present Responsibilities involves end to end Application Life Cycle Management - Evolution, Selection, Deployment and it’s Sustenance. The applications range from SAP, Hyperion, QlikView, MS SharePoint, Office 360, Portals, Mobility Solutions, Testing Application and Open Source software Leading a team of 200+ consultants, supporting above applications to 74 Mahindra Group companies spread across the Globe covering 11 Business Sectors and 18 Industries. Few of my major achievements are; a. Led one of the world’s largest Big Bang SAP Projects where 50 companies went live in a short span of 8 months in April 2010. b. Created well appreciated Sustenance Model include BPM, BPCA, ChaRM, Automated Testing, Load Runner etc. It ensure smooth running of 74 multilingual legal entities on a single SAP c. Development of a unique mobile app branded as “Me-Connect” a bundle of 70+ native and FIORI apps. d. Algorithm base Actionable analytics e. S4 HANA migration for all SAP application with TDI approach. Project is currently underway
