OVERVIEW
This Privacy Policy describes how heyagent.live ("we", "our", "the Service") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our autonomous AI agent platform. By accessing the Service, you agree to the practices described herein.
DATA COLLECTION
We may collect the following categories of information:
Account data: Email address, username, and authentication credentials provided during registration or OAuth sign-in.
Usage data: Agent instructions, task history, tool invocations, session timestamps, and interaction logs generated during use of the Service.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and device identifiers collected automatically via server logs and analytics.
Payment data: Billing name, address, and last-four card digits. Full card numbers are processed exclusively by our payment processor and never stored by us.
HOW WE USE DATA
Collected data is used solely to:
— Authenticate users and maintain session state
— Execute agent tasks and persist memory across sessions
— Monitor system health, detect abuse, and enforce rate limits
— Process subscription billing and send transactional email
— Improve model performance via aggregated, anonymized usage signals
We do not sell personal data to third parties or use it for advertising.
SHARING
We share data only in the following circumstances:
Infrastructure: Cloud hosting, database, and CDN providers operating under data processing agreements with equivalent protections.
Payment processing: Stripe Inc. processes all payment transactions under their own privacy policy and PCI-DSS certification.
Legal obligation: When required by applicable law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of users or the public.
RETENTION
Account data: Retained for the lifetime of the account plus 30 days after deletion.
Usage / task logs: Retained for 90 days, then permanently purged.
Payment records: Retained for 7 years as required by financial regulations.
Server logs: Retained for 30 days for security and debugging purposes.
YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
Access: Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.
Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
Deletion: Request permanent deletion of your account and associated data.
Portability: Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
Objection: Object to processing based on legitimate interests.

SECURITY
We apply the following technical controls:
Transit: All data in transit is encrypted via TLS 1.3.
Storage: Sensitive data at rest is encrypted with AES-256.
Passwords: Credentials are hashed with bcrypt (cost factor 12).
Compliance: Our infrastructure partners maintain SOC 2 Type II certification.
No system is impenetrable. In the event of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you within 72 hours as required by applicable regulation.
COOKIES
We use session-only cookies to maintain authentication state. No third-party tracking or advertising cookies are set. No persistent fingerprinting is performed. Disabling cookies will prevent login functionality.

CHANGES
