About

I'm Pamay Bassey, and I currently serve as the Chief Learning and Culture Officer and Strategic Advisor at Kraft Heinz, as well as a Board Director at Houlihan Lokey. My career has been a journey through the intersection of technology, learning, and humanity—from my early days at Accenture to leading global learning at BlackRock. I am deeply passionate about how we can 'learn our way through change,' especially in this Age of AI. With a background in Symbolic Systems and Computer Science, paired with training in improvisational comedy, I strive to make complex transformations feel human and accessible. I'm focused on democratizing access to mastery and ensuring that as we integrate new technologies, we remain the intentional drivers of our own potential. I’m always looking to connect with those building the future of learning and leadership.

Opinions

  • Technology should make work more human, not less.
  • We must avoid 'outsourcing our intelligence' to AI like we did with GPS.
  • Equal access to premium AI tools is essential to prevent structural disadvantages in education.
  • Humor and comedy make complex corporate ideas accessible and energizing.
