I'm Pamay Bassey, and I currently serve as the Chief Learning and Culture Officer and Strategic Advisor at Kraft Heinz, as well as a Board Director at Houlihan Lokey. My career has been a journey through the intersection of technology, learning, and humanity—from my early days at Accenture to leading global learning at BlackRock. I am deeply passionate about how we can 'learn our way through change,' especially in this Age of AI. With a background in Symbolic Systems and Computer Science, paired with training in improvisational comedy, I strive to make complex transformations feel human and accessible.
