Yash Vardhan Singh Pauz
Founder of Hrim Innovation and Founder of Pauz - Enterprise Relaxation Solution
About
I'm Yash Vardhan Singh Pauz, founder of both Hrim Innovation and Pauz - Enterprise Relaxation Solution. My career began in legislative research and policy work in New Delhi, which evolved into founding ventures focused on innovation and human performance. I'm deeply passionate about the philosophy of creation—especially '0-1 journeys' and building from first principles—and the societal implications of AI. I believe true innovation requires forging new paths and that human 'messiness' is a crucial differentiator in an age of AI uniformity. Through my work, I aim to protect focus and sustain productivity for founders and high-performers. I'm always looking to connect with like-minded thinkers, founders, and potential collaborators who share an interest in deep innovation and strategic dialogue.

Opinions
- "Conceptual primacy" and a "living conceptual process" are more important than execution for significant creation
- True innovation requires forging new paths, not following existing ones ("Roads Are Red Flags")
- AI-generated perfection leads to uniformity and human "messiness" is a key differentiator
- One must choose between serving "the creative gods" or "the money gods," suggesting they are often in conflict
- Modern narrative of "progress" is a motivational construct and survival alone is not a sufficient purpose for humanity
- War and violence are inherent parts of the human condition, and modern systems have dangerously removed traditional feedback loops
