I'm Vinil Chandra Ranga, the CEO of Hyno™ and Squarebox. My career has been defined by a transition from software engineering to building platforms that bridge the gap between global startups and top-tier technical talent. Through Hyno™, I focus on identifying and placing the top 3% of developers from India into remote roles with global companies. My background in computer science, combined with my experience in the startup ecosystem—including my time with the Startup Leadership Program—has shaped my passion for remote workforce management and entrepreneurship. I am deeply interested in how AI and smart business planning can scale teams effectively.
