Vedang Lahoti
Founder of JustPour
About
I'm Vedang Lahoti, founder of JustPour, a coffee startup I launched in January 2026 to reimagine the coffee experience for simplicity and accessibility. My career has taken me from operations roles at Flipkart and category management at Zepto Cafe to now building my own brand from the ground up. I'm passionate about challenging stagnant industries, bold branding like our 'Coffee is Pink' campaign, and the philosophy that execution creates clarity. I love sharing insights on D2C building, launch marketing, and operational jugaad, and I'm always looking to connect with fellow dreamers, early adopters, and collaborators who want to question the status quo.

- Good home coffee should not require machines, skills, or long wait times
- Belief in bold branding and making a statement
- Advice to founders: 'Start before you feel ready' and 'Execution creates clarity'
