I'm Vadim Komisarchik, the Founder of Problem Spotter and former CTO of Freshly. My career has been a journey from finance and strategic analytics into the heart of engineering leadership, where I spent several years scaling teams and building high-performance mobile interfaces. Currently, I'm focused on Problem Spotter, a platform I built to help founders and researchers discover niche trends and validate ideas through the Reddit ecosystem. I'm passionate about the intersection of neuroscience, psychology, and design—I believe products shouldn't just work; they should be beautiful and human-centric.
