I'm Arun Biju, currently building Oceans Community for VC/PE investors, co-founding The VC Project, and working with the Founder's Office Club. My career has taken me from university outreach to founding mindfulness and tech communities, and now I'm focused on the intersection of venture capital and community building. I'm passionate about creating ecosystems where investors and founders can connect meaningfully, and I believe deeply in the power of community, founder psychology, and protecting human-centric values in our digital age.
