Tanisha Sabherwal
Founding Engineer at AmpUp.Ai
About
I'm Tanisha Sabherwal, currently a Founding Engineer at AmpUp.Ai. My career has been a journey of building high-performance products, from optimizing mobile apps at Gameskraft to launching the first ReactJS projects at JPMorgan Chase. I’ve always been driven by a 'builder' mentality—while I started in UI/UX, I realized my true passion lies in the actual construction of the product. Beyond just writing code, I’m deeply curious about the full startup lifecycle, having dipped my toes into marketing, PR, and operations. I’m passionate about the 0-to-1 phase of a company and love staying active in the tech community through conferences and speaking engagements. When I'm not building, you'll likely find me training for a marathon or out on a weekend cycling trip. I’m always happy to share my expertise in frontend architecture and mobile optimization or chat about the latest in the startup world.

Opinions
- Preference for building over designing after exploring UI/UX
- Belief in exploring non-engineering roles like marketing and PR to understand the startup lifecycle
- Advocates for cold emailing as a viable way to secure opportunities
