I'm Sudhakar Reddy, Co-Founder at Gaido AI (Policygaido). My career has been a journey from engineering safety software at Bosch to driving multi-million dollar market entry strategies at Prudential. Today, I'm focused on using AI to fix a fundamental problem: the lack of transparency and fairness in the insurance industry. Through Policygaido, we're building tools like fairClaims to help customers navigate rejections and regulatory hurdles. I'm deeply passionate about 'Context Engineering' and moving beyond simple text generation to building robust AI-native workflows. Whether it's discussing the broken infrastructure of our cities or the future of inbound voice AI, I enjoy challenging industry myths with data-driven reality. Career

Began as a Senior Engineer at Bosch developing vehicle safety software before transitioning into strategy and product leadership. Spent several years at Prudential plc leading India market entry strategy and health-tech product development before co-founding Gaido AI.

MBA from IIM Calcutta (2017–2019); Master’s in Automotive Engineering and B.Tech in Engineering Design from IIT Madras.
