S.M. Haaz
CEO, CTO, & Founder at Adya AI
About
I'm S.M. Haaz, the Founder, CEO, and CTO of Adya AI. My journey has been anything but linear—I started as an Officer in the Indian Navy, managed large-scale defense projects, and even ventured into media and hospitality before diving deep into the tech world. I previously founded Eunimart, where we raised $4M and scaled an open-source commerce platform across 21 countries. Today, my focus is on building the infrastructure for 'Agentic Bharat' through Adya, moving beyond simple chatbots to complex reasoning networks of AI agents. I'm passionate about bridging the gap between industry and academia, having launched the Adya LaunchLab to empower the next generation of AI builders. I’m here to connect with enterprise leaders, researchers, and partners who are ready to move toward a multi-agentic future and achieve step-function growth.

Opinions
- Learning to build AI is a superpower; merely using it is a basic life skill.
- The next decade belongs to whoever governs multi-agent systems at scale.
- Systems fail under pressure; the ability to make the 'next right decision' is the most valuable trait.
- Believes in radical 'Step Function' growth over gradual optimization.
