I'm Sharthok Chakraborty, the Co-Founder and CEO of Klaar. My journey has taken me from an engineering background to leading HR across 11 countries as a Regional VP at Aramex, and now to building what I believe is the fastest-growing performance and talent management platform globally. I’m deeply passionate about moving HR tech away from mere compliance and toward realizing true human potential. I spend a lot of my time in the weeds of AI transformation, specifically building AI agents that solve real People Ops problems. I’m a firm believer that HR tech must be built by practitioners who understand the 'gut feeling' of the role. Whether we're talking about the 'unbundled org' framework, predictive analytics, or even bass guitar, I'm always looking to connect with forward-thinking leaders who want to reinvent how we work.

MBA in Human Resources Management from XLRI Jamshedpur (2013–2015); B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from Netaji Subhash Engineering College (2007–2011).
