Sharad Talwar
Senior Vice President – Sales at Persistent Systems Inc.
About
I am Sharad Talwar, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Sales at Persistent Systems. My career has been a journey of scaling businesses across IT services, education, and BPO sectors, including leadership roles at HCL, GE Capital, and Convergys. With an academic foundation from IIT Kharagpur and IIM Ahmedabad, I’ve spent over three decades at the intersection of technology and market strategy. I am deeply passionate about digital transformation, particularly how Generative AI can drive hyper-productivity. Beyond my corporate role, I am an active mentor to early-stage startups through PadUp Ventures, as I believe in the power of 'reimagining the box' to create transformative opportunities. I’m here to connect with fellow leaders and innovators to discuss strategic alliances, the synergy between marketing and sales, and how we can orchestrate performance in an increasingly digital world.
