About

I'm Sandeep Dinodiya, Founder and CEO of SimplAI. My career has been defined by building and scaling complex technology systems, from my early research on cognitive behavioral agents at IISc to leading engineering at OYO, Lenskart, and Pickrr. Currently, I'm focused on SimplAI, where we are building an enterprise-grade Agentic AI platform to help regulated industries move beyond simple chat interfaces into true multi-agent orchestration. I'm an O-1 visa holder now based in San Francisco, and I'm passionate about operationalizing AI—moving it from experimental pilots to full-scale production with robust governance. As an active angel investor and venture partner, I love supporting the next generation of builders. I’m here to connect with anyone serious about rewiring business through autonomous execution and real-time intelligence.

Opinions

  • UI wrappers and chat interfaces are baseline; real value lies in autonomous execution.
  • Traditional pipeline-based AI is broken and will be replaced by real-time native stacks.
  • Technology is a growth engine, not a cost center; businesses must rewire around AI.
  • AI defense and control will become more important than speed as AI gains autonomous vulnerability-finding capabilities.
