About
I'm Sai Kishore, Founder and CEO of DeployH AI and Founding Chair of the SIGNN Executive Council. With over two decades in tech, I've progressed from technical roles to architecting enterprise cloud systems, and now I'm focused on building execution readiness infrastructure for human-AI systems. I'm passionate about moving AI governance from policy to enforceable infrastructure, particularly for high-risk environments like healthcare, logistics, and frontline operations. I believe 'execution is the only thing that compounds' and I'm looking for enterprise partners, researchers, and operators who want to solve real-world readiness problems together.

Opinions
- "Execution is the only thing that compounds."
- Believes most AI projects fail "not because the models are wrong, but because the systems around them aren't ready."
- Argues that current "Human-in-the-Loop" implementations are often just "reassurance" and not true governance. Advocates for "Authority-in-the-Loop" with structured power and decision rights
- Believes "Healthcare doesn't fail because of lack of knowledge. It fails in the 5 seconds before execution."
- States that "Innovation is often messy. Reliability is a mathematical requirement."
- Believes that in business, "Availability is not a calendar problem. It’s a trust problem."
