Rich P. Taylor
Senior Vice President, People Experience at Nasdaq
About
I'm Rich P. Taylor, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of People Experience at Nasdaq. My career has been dedicated to the intersection of talent development, cultural transformation, and human-centric work. From building global L&D departments at Thomson Reuters to leading inclusion and diversity at Palo Alto Networks and LinkedIn, I’ve focused on creating environments where people feel a genuine sense of pride and meaning in their contributions. With an academic background in Philosophy and Religion from Harvard and UC Berkeley, I bring a unique, research-heavy perspective to corporate leadership. I am deeply passionate about the idea that work should bring out the best in us and am a vocal advocate for the fact that Black history is American history. I’m here to engage with the People Ops community and anyone interested in scaling culture and talent systems within global powerhouses.
