Raveen Sastry
Founding Partner at Multiply Ventures
About
I'm Raveen Sastry, a Founding Partner at Multiply Ventures in Bengaluru. My career has taken me from product management roles to co-founding companies like Myntra, and now I focus on early-stage venture capital. I'm passionate about supporting founders building in Voice AI, open Q-commerce platforms, and AI with deep engineering—what I call 'multiplier AI' that enables new capabilities rather than just replacing jobs. I believe early-stage VCs should be active accelerators of learning, helping founders shorten feedback loops. Through Multiply Ventures and BaseThesis Labs, I offer investment capital, operational support, and a platform for technical discussions. I'm always looking to connect with builders who are tackling meaningful problems and want to play the long game.

- Has a positive view of Gen Z workers, describing them as fearless and action-oriented
