About

I'm Rajneesh Jaswal, Co-Founder, Board Director, and CEO at CADRE ODR, and also a Director at Equisolve Forum. I've built my career over two decades, starting in litigation practice and moving through senior legal and general counsel roles at major corporations like GE, MasterCard, and Michelin, before transitioning to startup leadership. Now, I'm passionately building CADRE ODR, a legaltech startup focused on Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) and our Dispute Resolution OS. I believe ODR is key to solving court backlogs, especially in financial recoveries, and I champion MSMEs as the heartbeat of the economy. I'm looking for partnerships to scale ODR solutions, talent to join our mission, and collaborators to advance justice delivery and financial inclusion.

Opinions

  • ODR is a crucial solution for overburdened courts, especially for high-volume disputes like financial recoveries, and can reduce operational costs, improve recovery rates, and be a lever for better credit pricing
  • "Perceived fairness is as critical as actual fairness" in arbitration, highlighting the importance of impartiality and transparent processes
  • The ODR sector is far from saturated and presents a significant growth opportunity, but requires patience and nurturing
  • MSMEs are the essential "pulse" and "heartbeat" of the economy, arguing for "more respect" and "better designed credit offerings" rather than just support
