I am Rahul Pawar, currently serving as the AVP of IT at UltraTech Cement. My career has been a journey through the evolution of technology, starting from my early days as a programmer analyst at Infosys and Mastek, through consulting at Deloitte and leadership roles at LafargeHolcim, to my current focus on enterprise IT strategy. I am deeply passionate about the intersection of technology and business, particularly how we can leverage Generative and Agentic AI to drive real, measurable business value and ROI. Beyond my technical background, I have also pursued executive education in marketing at IIT Bombay, which helps me bridge the gap between complex IT solutions and business outcomes. I am always interested in connecting with others who are navigating digital transformation or exploring the practical applications of AI in the enterprise space.
