The shift to autonomous, agentic AI is happening faster than most roadmaps anticipate
Framing AI as 'humans but faster' is dead; it represents a fundamentally different kind of intelligence
The 'coding' primitive is becoming commoditized; the strategic layer is the orchestration system
Speed and quality are not at odds; presenting them as a trade-off is an easy escape hatch
