Pallavi Mittal
Project Manager 2 at Gilbane Building Company
About
I'm Pallavi Mittal, a Project Manager 2 at Gilbane Building Company based in the San Francisco Bay Area. My career has been defined by a transition from structural engineering in India to managing large-scale healthcare and life science developments in the US. I specialize in Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) and Lean Construction, having recently led $50M in make-ready projects for the UCSF Helen Diller Hospital. I am deeply passionate about 'People First' leadership and mentoring the next generation of engineers, which I do as an IPD Team Coach at UC Berkeley. I’m always looking to connect with industry leaders and peers who are excited about using technology and collaborative contracting to solve complex challenges in the built environment. Whether it's discussing Takt planning or navigating OSHPD regulations, I'm here to share expertise and find ways to build more than just buildings.
