I'm Narayana Aaditya, Co-founder & CEO of Skillsync, a Y Combinator-backed startup building a search platform to find engineers and scientists based on open-source contributions and research publications. My career has spanned from internships in predictive modeling and HR strategy to consulting at Deloitte and product management at JUSPAY, where I scaled an open-source payment orchestrator to 9k GitHub stars. I'm passionate about revolutionizing technical talent acquisition by moving beyond traditional resumes to focus on actual code and contributions. I believe exceptional talent is often hidden and that building generational companies requires concentrating such talent. I offer insights into sourcing from open source and startup building, and I'm looking to connect with recruiters, founders, and the YC community to explore how we can hire smarter and build better together.
