I am Nachiket Deshpande, an entrepreneur with a diverse background spanning nearly two decades. My career began in 2006 with Alcon Industries, where I continue to serve as a Partner today. Over the years, I have expanded my focus into technology and consulting, founding AXS Solutions and Consulting in 2012, followed by AXS Intelligent Solutions and most recently, HealthJnxn. My professional journey has taken me from pharmaceutical manufacturing to international market expansion in regions like the UAE and Southeast Asia. I am deeply passionate about the intersection of technology and business, particularly in how fintech and new technology applications can drive value creation. I enjoy connecting with fellow founders and professionals to discuss business strategy, scaling ventures, and exploring new growth avenues.
