I'm mizan102, currently a Software Engineer at Meta within the Ads Ranking & AI team. My career has been a journey from building mobile apps in Bangladesh to earning a Ph.D. in Computer Science with a focus on fraud detection, followed by several years at Amazon and AWS. At AWS, I led key milestones for the SageMaker Feature Store and built high-scale systems for the Amazon Buy Box. I am deeply passionate about the intersection of AI/ML and engineering leadership. I believe that how we structure our teams—Conway’s Law—is just as important as the code we write. I'm always looking to connect with fellow engineers and researchers to exchange knowledge on Generative AI and inference efficiency, or to mentor the next generation of tech talent.
