Mahesh Lambe
CEO of Project NANDA and Founder/CEO of Unify Dynamics
About
I'm Mahesh Lambe, the CEO of Project NANDA and Founder of Unify Dynamics. My career has been a journey through the architecture of complex systems, from serving as an Enterprise Architect for the California Secretary of State and Microsoft to investing in over 100 transformative companies like OpenAI and SpaceX. Currently, I am focused on building the 'Internet of Agents'—the interoperable infrastructure required for AI agents to discover, trust, and coordinate with one another. I am passionate about GovTech, Edge AI, and moving beyond simple prompt engineering into 'harness engineering.' I offer a unique operator-investor perspective and am looking to connect with fellow visionaries who are building the foundational blocks of the open agentic web.

Opinions
- AI is moving from Prompt Engineering to Harness Engineering (managing systems across time and state).
- The Internet of Agents is about interoperable infrastructure—identity, trust, and commerce—not just the models.
- Cloud AI is an 'abstract cortex' while Edge AI is 'peripheral intelligence'; the future belongs to intelligence that survives under scarcity.
