Akshay
Senior Product Manager (Transitioning/Open to Work)
About
I'm Akshay, a Senior Product Manager with a career built on the intersection of innovation and execution. Most recently, I spent nearly seven years at Workday leading product strategy for HCM and enterprise integrations, where I launched tools used by over 1,800 customers. My journey has taken me from founding my own consumer SaaS startup to leading product teams in healthcare IT and legal tech. I’m passionate about building high-performing teams and creating products that drive real outcomes. Beyond the roadmap, I’m a firm believer in the 'Take Time, Give Time' philosophy, spending my time coaching youth basketball and volunteering. I’m currently looking for my next chapter in a growth-oriented leadership role where I can offer my experience in both 0-to-1 and scaling environments to build something truly impactful.
