Rishi Kulkarni
Co-Founder at Pitcrew
About
I'm Rishi Kulkarni, Co-Founder at Pitcrew, where we're building AI-agent platforms to automate grunt work in regulated financial services. My career has been all about founding and scaling SaaS companies—I've led two startups to acquisition by Freshworks and LegalZoom, and now I'm focused on transforming RIA compliance from a chore into a competitive advantage. I'm passionate about using AI as leverage to grow businesses, not cut teams, and I believe in intuitive UX like Kanban and tickets for human-AI collaboration. I love connecting with folks in FinTech, WealthTech, and AI strategy to build the future together.

Opinions
- AI should be used as 'leverage' to grow businesses, not reduce team sizes
- 'Not taking risk is the risk now!' for enterprise CTOs evaluating AI
- Chat as UI for AI has downsides; advocates for Kanban, tickets, documents as better UX
- Compliance should be converted from manual chore into competitive advantage
