Krishna Mehra
AI Partner at Elevation Capital
About
I'm Krishna Mehra, currently an AI Partner at Elevation Capital where I focus on early-stage AI and SaaS investments, particularly within the India-US corridor. My journey has been a blend of deep engineering and entrepreneurial 'zero-to-one' building. I co-founded Capillary Technologies, which recently went public, and Taro, which was acquired by EAT Club. Most recently, I spent several years at Meta leading a $10B+ engineering portfolio across messaging and AI. I'm passionate about AI as a force multiplier for small, audacious teams and believe that velocity and design integrity are the ultimate differentiators in this new era. I'm here to be a genuine ally to founders who are sweating the details and looking to scale world-class products from the ground up.

Opinions
- Velocity over Caution: Move fast and learn from what breaks rather than waiting for perfect ROI metrics.
- AI is a force multiplier that expands the frontier of what small teams can attempt.
- Design is the key differentiator for great products and must not become an afterthought in the AI era.
- The 'AI Paradox': The killer UI for AI is currently the terminal (CLI) despite promises of intuitive interfaces.
