Co-founder and CEO at Shram
About
I'm jaygadekar, co-founder and CEO of Shram, where we're building an AI work companion that learns from your screen and automates tasks. My journey started with community research and architecture, where I led projects like cleaning 10 tons of garbage in Malana and designing homes on tough terrains, before diving into tech. I'm passionate about applying insights from history, biology, and psychology to solve real problems, and I believe true craftsmanship comes from being useful to others. I'm looking for a skilled full-stack developer to join our team and people interested in testing Shram, while offering cross-disciplinary perspectives on building meaningful products.
