Co-Founder of Safai Setu
About
I'm divyansh-jain11, currently the Co-Founder of Safai Setu, a helpcare service focused on domestic and commercial cleaning. My career has taken me from a Business Analyst Intern at OYO to founding a stealth startup in mobility, and now building Safai Setu where we've grown to 70+ customers and crossed ₹2 Lakh+ MRR. I'm passionate about entrepreneurship, business strategy, and unit economics—I believe successful companies achieve monopoly by solving unique problems and that technological change is essential for a better future. I love breaking down business models and sharing insights from founder podcasts, and I'm always looking to connect with fellow entrepreneurs and business-minded folks for knowledge sharing and meaningful discussions.

Opinions
- Successful companies achieve monopoly by solving a unique problem and competition is a cause of failure
- Startup success relies on publicity over advertising in early stages
- Advocates for building frictionless products or high-margin items and warns against being a 'price taker' or intermediary in a supply chain
- Criticizes IRCTC's ₹60 fee on unconfirmed waitlisted tickets as an unfair 'administrative charge' for a service not rendered
- Technological change, not just globalization, is essential to shape a better future
