I'm Dipti Bhide, the Co-Founder and CEO of LittleLit.AI, where we are building an AI-native operating system for school choice and personalized K-12 learning. My career has been a journey of scaling technology to meet human needs—from leading the Windows Photos program at Microsoft for over 600 million users to founding ventures in autism therapy and business consulting. I am deeply passionate about future-proofing education, moving away from outdated rote memorization toward a world where AI helps every child find their 'zone of genius.' Whether it's translating IEPs into actionable lessons or exploring the ethics of generative AI, I focus on human-centered design. I’m here to collaborate with educators, parents, and innovators who want to solve classroom personalization challenges and build a more literate, AI-ready generation.
