About

I'm Dinesh Reddy, founder of both ONDL (The Open Network for Digital Logistics) and Shipmantra, building what I call a 'Logistics Co-Pilot.' My journey started in automotive and aerospace engineering, took me through research in France and wind energy entrepreneurship, and now I'm fully focused on transforming India's logistics through technology. I believe our logistics capacity is already here - it just needs intelligent digitization and orchestration. Through ONDL, I'm creating open protocols that connect regional operators with enterprise demand, and I'm passionate about building inclusive ecosystems that give grassroots businesses a level playing field. Started in automotive logistics at Toyota Kirloskar Motor, moved to aerospace engineering at Aeronautical Development Agency, conducted research at CNRS, took a career break for wind energy entrepreneurship, then founded Shipmantra in 2019 and ONDL in 2024

B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (2007-2011), Masters in Fluid and Energy Systems from Arts et Métiers - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers (ParisTech) (2015-2017)
