With over 37 years of experience in the agro-food processing industry, I have dedicated my career to bridging the gap between food science and commercial success. My journey has taken me from quality assurance roles in dairy and beverages to leading a premier consultancy that provides end-to-end techno-commercial support. I am deeply passionate about food safety, FSSAI compliance, and helping aspiring entrepreneurs navigate the complexities of the food business. Advanced Studies in Food Science & Technology from Rutgers University; Masters in Food Science & Technology (Dairy Sciences) from NDRI; Masters in Business Management (Production) from IGNOU; BSc in Chemistry & Zoology from Maharajas College.
