I'm Ang Barnard, the founder of Gifted2Share LLC and a facilitator at The Latimer Group. My career has taken me from being a US Army Broadcast Journalist and crisis communication consultant for the FBI to coaching TEDx speakers and high-performers. I specialize in helping people find clarity and master the 'Influential Flow™' in their communication. I’m deeply passionate about the intersection of energy and leadership—I believe that how we show up in a room matters more than the specific words we use. Whether I'm hosting my podcast, *The Intentional Mind*, or hiking the Camino de Santiago, I'm focused on living in alignment and choosing 'messy action' over perfection. I love working with human-centered organizations and women leaders to prevent burnout and build high-vibe cultures. I'm currently looking to connect with anyone navigating a major career shift as I design new alignment programs.

Began as a US Army Broadcast Journalist and Quality Improvement Coordinator, transitioned into career coaching and project management for crisis simulations, and eventually founded Gifted2Share LLC while serving as a facilitator for The Latimer Group.

Education

Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) in Nonprofit Management & Leadership from Grand Valley State University (2011–2014); Bachelor’s Degree in Public and Nonprofit Administration from Grand Valley State University (2007–2011).
