About

I’m Anant Kalyan, Co-Founder and CEO of Alloi.ai. My career has been defined by scaling complex systems—from building global delivery centers from scratch to leading $150M+ in enterprise deals and managing large-scale M&A integrations. After over a decade at Genpact driving digital transformation and customer success, I’m now focused on the next frontier: Agentic Reliability-as-a-Service. I’m passionate about moving the industry from 'Best Effort AI' to 'Guaranteed AI' by solving the reliability debt that comes with autonomous systems. I love connecting with SRE leaders and AI architects who are navigating the shift toward sovereign compute and self-healing infrastructure. Whether we're talking about GPU lifecycles or the gritty reality of enterprise uptime, I’m always looking to bridge the gap between high-level AI vision and operational execution.

Opinions

  • Reliability is a core product feature, not a support function.
  • Governance must be architectural and built into the stack, not just policy.
  • AI creates an operational capacity gap that humans cannot fill without autonomous systems.
  • Enterprises must keep AI sovereign to avoid bleeding competitive logic into closed-source LLMs.
