I'm Amy K., currently the Lead Technical Recruiter at Offensive Security. My career has been a journey of 'Hiring with Heart,' where I've combined my background in Industrial-Organizational Psychology with a deep passion for the technical world. Over the years, I've built global hiring frameworks and helped hundreds of 'unicorns' and 'musical wizards' find their place in tech. However, I'm currently in the middle of my own career pivot—I'm moving from finding the talent to being the talent.
