Aditya is a seasoned Business and Technology Leader with experience across both startup and enterprise environments. He has scaled enterprise platforms and global engineering organizations across India and international markets, building high-performance teams, turning around business units, and delivering innovative, high-value product and technology outcomes across B2B and Enterprise SaaS, banking/fintech, device lifecycle, and industrial domains. He also has experience developing go-to-market strategy for completely new lines of business. He has also led CRM/MDM and enterprise modernization initiatives in global banking contexts. In 2025, Aditya advised Expanse Power, a sovereign deep-tech startup in power electronics and energy systems, helping build the narrative, go-to-market, pricing and partner strategy, and shaping a focused product & solution matrix.
