Fahad Ahmed
Head of Product & Growth at Eddie AI
About
I'm Fahad Ahmed, currently the Head of Product & Growth at Eddie AI and Muslim Pro. My journey in tech started at 13 as a self-taught coder, eventually leading me to co-found Pathao, where we scaled to 10M+ users and $500M+ GMV, and Wind.App, which we exited to a U.S. telco. I’m a Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree with a deep obsession for the 'plumbing' of consumer apps—things like onboarding, payment recovery, and churn reduction. I’m a big believer in 'chaos over classroom,' which is why I’ve deferred my Berkeley Haas MBA to keep shipping in this AI cycle. I love helping early-stage founders navigate the 0→1 phase and scaling growth loops. Based in SF, I’m always looking to connect with fellow builders and consumer tech obsessives to share battle-tested insights and explore what’s next in AI and fintech.

Opinions
- Chaos over Classroom: Real problems are solved in the market, not textbooks.
- Web checkouts often bleed users compared to In-App Purchases due to friction.
- Execution over Hype: Do the boring things like fixing plumbing and churn really well.
- Anti-Shortcut: Buying Product Hunt upvotes backfires with the algorithm.
