Ali Pasha
Founder at Cherry Byte & Xerix AI
Developing enterprise AI voice, chat, and workflow automation for CX and operations teams through Xerix AI.
Intro
I'm Ali Pasha, the Founder of Cherry Byte and Xerix AI. My career has evolved from a foundation in business development and marketing at companies like PepsiCo and Kansai Paint into a deep focus on the intersection of global engineering and artificial intelligence. Today, I lead a network of over 150 engineers across 13 development centers, helping organizations scale their technical capabilities efficiently. I am particularly passionate about the practical application of AI—what I call 'Agentic AI'—to transform customer experience and operations. My goal is to help companies scale their CX without the traditional need to scale headcount, using technology to amplify human potential rather than replace it. I'm always looking to connect with CTOs and digital transformation leaders to compare notes on automation and the future of enterprise IT stacks.
