Rishit Chaturvedi
CEO & Co-Founder at Mazle AI
Building the Decision Intelligence layer for hiring and developing autonomous systems to replace manual recruitment bottlenecks.
Intro
I'm Rishit Chaturvedi, the CEO and Co-Founder of Mazle AI. My career has been a journey from engineering data pipelines at Philips to leading 0-to-1 product growth at Vahan, where I helped scale worker placements by 2.5X using AI. I’ve spent a lot of time in the trenches building everything from voice AI dating apps to automated trademark systems, but my real passion lies in fixing the 'broken' state of recruitment. I believe hiring shouldn't be a manual bottleneck; it should be autonomous, always-on infrastructure. Currently, I'm focused on building the 'Decision Intelligence' layer for talent acquisition to help teams move away from messy spreadsheets and toward real funnel analytics. I love chatting about AI product strategy, the Indian startup ecosystem, and how we can build deeply integrated systems rather than just AI wrappers. If you're rethinking how talent is found and hired, let’s connect.

Opinions
- Hiring is a 'people bottleneck' that should be treated like 'cloud infrastructure'—always on and autonomous.
- Software quality is declining because AI hasn't solved the skill of 'understanding what to build'.
- TA teams rely too much on manual sheets; they should focus on funnel analytics.
- Hiring managers often lie on JDs.
