I'm Racchit, currently serving as a Principal Consultant for AI and GenAI within Slalom’s Global Technology Team. My career has been a journey through the nexus of data, science, and business—from computational biology research and revenue management at Delta to building NLP solutions and leading advanced analytics teams. I am a natural problem solver with an intrapreneurial spirit, and I am particularly passionate about simplifying complex technical paradigms into actionable implementations. Beyond the technical, I care deeply about education and mentorship, having been a founding member of The LIFE School and an advisor for leadership academies.
