Aarav Wadhwani
Undergraduate Research Assistant at UbiComp Lab and Teaching Assistant at the University of Washington
Developing wearable sensing systems at UbiComp Lab and supporting computer hardware education as a TA.
Intro
I'm Aarav Wadhwani, a researcher and engineer at the University of Washington currently focused on the intersection of wearable sensing and embedded systems. My journey has been a whirlwind of experiences, from co-founding Questra AI—an edtech platform that reached thousands of students—to building ML pipelines for commodities trading at Macquarie Group. Currently, I'm working at the UbiComp Lab developing gesture recognition for AR/VR and serving as a TA for computer hardware. I’m passionate about using technology to eliminate inefficiency, whether that’s in how students study or how markets are forecasted. I’m always looking to connect with people at the forefront of data science and engineering to turn technical insights into real-world value.
