I am Simran Lala, an MBA Candidate at The Wharton School and an incoming Investment Associate Intern at Siguler Guff & Company. My career began in strategy consulting at EY-Parthenon, where I specialized in the Software Strategy Group, focusing on TMT diligence and M&A strategy. I am deeply passionate about the intersection of technology and emerging markets, particularly India’s economic trajectory and the role of semiconductors and data centers in nation-building. Having recently served as Co-Chair for the 30th Wharton India Economic Forum, I enjoy connecting with industry leaders to discuss long-term value creation and the evolving IPO landscape.
