Prshant Batra
GM-One@Work at ONE (Fintech)
Leading the Earned Wage Access (EWA) initiative at ONE, overseeing product, revenue, and operations.
Intro
I'm Prshant Batra, currently the GM-One@Work at ONE, where I lead our Earned Wage Access initiative. My career has been a journey from engineering at Alstom to managing risk infrastructure at Goldman Sachs—where I helped launch the Apple Card—and eventually building my own startup, WageFi. I’ve spent years at the intersection of fintech, credit risk, and product strategy, and I’m deeply passionate about embedded financial services and employee wellness. I’m a firm believer that execution is everything and that momentum beats a perfect plan every time. Whether I’m operating within a large organization or advising early-stage startups, I focus on the 'boring' but critical operational details that build trust and reliability. I’m always looking to connect with 'rabbits'—high-speed executors who move the needle—and I’m active as an advisor and angel investor for founders building the next generation of fintech.

Opinions
- Execution over Ideas: Success comes from patient, operational execution.
- Rabbits over Wolves: Hire people who move early and execute under pressure.
- Momentum over Planning: Clarity comes from doing and testing rather than waiting for a perfect plan.
- Simplicity in Sales: Sell one thing and one thing only when building.
